About Founder
Mr. Parminder Singh Bathla, the founder of the firm is a post graduate in commerce and a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is a registered Insolvency Professional. He is having a rich experience of more than three decades in handling compliances under Companies Act, Corporate Law and related legislations, Secretarial Audit, Due Diligence, Corporate Restructuring advisory services for Merger, Amalgamation, Take over, Scrutinizer for E-voting / Postal Ballot and has also acquired a wide exposure in liasioning with regulatory authorities. Initially, he has served industry for 13 years as Company Secretary and handled all the corporate, legal, secretarial and financial functions independently. Thereafter he laid his pioneering step in arena of practice and from past 21 years he is a whole time practicing company secretary. He also holds the honour of becoming the Chairman of Ludhiana Chapter of NIRC of ICSI. He is working as a Faculty member to various banks, institutions and Corporate houses. The objective of his continuity in Practice has been to create ethical practices and to ensure that its clientele adheres to the letter and spirit of the law and fosters a culture of honesty and accountability.
